Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 29-year-old woman with mild tubular breasts. She wanted to fill out her empty upper pole and have a proportional breast size to the rest of her body, with a natural looking result.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. The implant helped to round out the lower pole of the breast and create a more round breast shape overall, with very nice cleavage. Liposuction removed nearly a full cup of excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery, with a very pleasing result and an even happier patient!
