Before and after labiaplasty in a 38-year-old woman. At the same time as a mini-abdominoplasty (which is essentially a C-section scar revision with liposuction), she wanted to trim her long labia minora to have less friction and irritation during sex.
Surgery was planned under local anesthesia. Together with an oral anti-anxiety medication and inhaled laughing gas, local anesthesia enabled patient comfort during this awake surgery procedure. The tissue removed during her labiaplasty is shown in the second set of images.
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. She loves her outcome!
