Before and after bilateral breast revision consisting of removal of silicone breast implants, auto-augmentation mastopexy and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 39-year-old woman. At the same time as planning liposuction in other regions of her body, she wanted to have smaller, lifted and more natural looking - but still youthful - breasts.
Her previously placed breast implants were removed using her existing inframammary fold scars. Her breast tissue was internally rearranged using the internal lifting technique that moves breast tissue up higher on the chest, reduces areolar diameter, and creates a natural teardrop shape to the breasts. This procedure necessitates a new lollipop scar in addition to a longer scar in the breast fold.
Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpit regions, together with her abdomen, flanks and thighs. After surgery, she got fit! and ended up losing some additional weight, which further enhanced her results.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery, with mature scars and a very happy patient!
