Before and after labiaplasty in a 29-year-old woman with excess labia minora tissue that caused discomfort during exercise and walking. She was looking for a normal, natural looking result that would make her more comfortable and help her forget about her labia when she exercised or took her dogs for a walk.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but preserved a normal and proportional amount of labia minora. The tissue removed during her surgery is shown in the second set of images. After surgery, she stayed home and laid low for a full week, and waited a full month before she resumed exercise.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She feels comfortable and has completely forgotten that her labia were ever bothering her!
