Before and after bilateral breast revision and lift in a 36-year-old woman. She had breast implants inserted nearly a decade ago and while the implants were still soft, her breasts had drooped and hung lower since her first pregnancy and breastfeeding (which she had no trouble doing - nursing her baby was easy, even after breast augmentation!).

She wanted to be a little smaller but to keep an implant to be lifted. Bilateral capsulectomy allowed the implants to sit lower inside her breast and have a more natural look. New smooth round silicone gel breast implants were inserted in the subglandular position, on top of the muscle. A breast lift removed excess lower pole skin and lifted her nipples, creating a new lollipop incision.

Follow up photos are shown nearly 3 years after surgery, with a stable result. Since surgery, she has had another child and also did not have any issues breastfeeding.
