Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 26-year-old woman with mild congenital breast asymmetry and nearly Grade III ptosis (nipples at the lowest part of the breast, pointing toward the ground).  Although she had not been pregnant or breastfed, she felt her breasts looked more “like postpartum boobs” than a 20-something-year-old’s breasts.

A breast reduction removed some tissue from the bottom of each breast and equalized her breast volume but preserved a proportional amount of breast tissue to maintain a normal body image.  An auto-augmentation relocated her breast tissue up higher on her chest and created a rounder, more perky and shapely breast form.  Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.

Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery.  Her scars are now faded and mature; she feels like herself!
