Before and after breast augmentation in a 23 year old woman with mildly tubular breasts. She wanted her breasts to be significantly fuller with nice cleavage, but to not look “fake”.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed subglandularly, on top of the muscle. Her breast fold was lowered in order to create a more round lower pole of her breasts. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpit region, known as the axillary rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She has had a blast buying lingerie for the very first time and is looking fabulous in her bikini tops!
