Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 45 year old mother.  She was naturally small breasted, but after breastfeeding, she lost all her breast volume altogether.  Her ribs now stuck out farther than her breasts!  

She was looking to regain the fullness that she enjoyed during the time she breastfed her children.  A breast augmentation was the appropriate procedure for her!  Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position.  

Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.  She has achieved her aesthetic goals, she feels feminine and full, and she loves wearing bikini and halter tops now!
