Before and after breast augmentation as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 44 year old woman. After breast feeding twice, she noticed her breasts had lost their volume and developed asymmetry.
Her augmentation was performed at the same time as a tummy tuck and liposuction. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed a small amount of stubborn fat from her armpit region.
Long-term follow up photos are shown over two years after surgery. Her breasts look and feel natural, and she feels like her has her pre-pregnancy body back!
