Before and after breast augmentation in a 36 year old woman. She had lost volume in her breasts after having her three children. She did NOT want a fake or obvious look or any additional scars on her breasts; just to be able to fill out her old bras again and get rid of her padding.

Smooth, round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle in a subglandular breast augmentation. The incision is hidden in her breast fold.

She took a week off work and resumed exercise at three weeks. She took only Tylenol plain for postoperative discomfort.Subglandular breast augmentation does not have the “elephant on the chest” pain and heaviness of submuscular implants.By three weeks, “what you see is what you get!” – You do not need to wait for the implants to “drop” or “fluff”.
