Before and after breast augmentation in a 26 year old woman. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle for a natural and proportional result.

Follow up images are shown at 2 months postoperatively. She finally has the fullness she has always wanted in her breasts!

Wearing a bra is completely optional after any type of breast surgery. Many of our patients no longer need support or extra volume they formerly turned to a bra for – instead, they wear silicone nipple shields to cover their nipples and just go braless!
