Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 39-year-old woman. Together with a breast augmentation and liposuction elsewhere on her body, she wanted to remove the “baby fat” under her chin.
Liposuction removed several tablespoons of fat through a single incision under the chin. After surgery, she wore a compressive chin strap for two weeks, until the bruising was completely resolved.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 5 years after surgery, confirming that the fat is removed permanently. Despite perimenopause-related weight gain, her neck and jawline looks fantastic!
