Before and after bilateral auto-augmentation mastopexy and liposuction of the axillary rolls as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 46-year-old woman. She did not want her breasts to be bigger, only lifted.
At the same time as a tummy tuck and liposuction, a breast lift reshaped her breasts and lifted them. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are fading, and her nipple sensation has fully returned. She loves not needing to wear a bra – ever!
