Before and after bilateral breast augmentation with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 28-year-old woman with mildly tubular breasts and asymmetric breast sizes. She wanted a significant increase in her breast size, fullness overall and a rounder breast shape.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. The implant helped to round out the lower pole of the breast and create closer cleavage and more of a round breast shape overall.
Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls. Early follow up photos are shown 1 month after surgery. Her nerves are waking up already, and she is ready to begin scar therapy.
