Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and correction of a mildly tubular breast shape in a 26 year old woman. She disliked the “scooped out” appearance of the upper pole of her breast and wanted to have fuller breasts but to maintain a natural and proportional outcome that fit the rest of her body.

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle in the subglandular position. She took only two pain pills and took a week out of the office. She resumed exercise at three weeks.
Follow up photos are seen four weeks after surgery. She loves her new breasts and looks natural and proportional! Her nerves have recently started to wake up, with nipple sensation starting to return. Even with her arms above her head, the incisions are hidden in the fold under her breasts.

She feels relieved to know that breast feeding ability is not affected by having breast implants. She loves knowing that she does not need to modify any of her exercise since her implants are not under her pectoralis muscles.
