Before and after tubular breast augmentation in a 24 year old woman. The folds of her breasts were naturally high, creating “pseudo-ptosis” (the false appearance of droop in a small breast due to a high breast fold on the chest wall).
As for all tubular breast corrections, smooth round silicone gel implants were placed in the subglandular position. Her inframammary folds were lowered, and she achieved a result where she felt more natural and proportional to the rest of her tall frame. Follow up images are shown at 6 months postoperatively.
