Before and after bilateral augmentation and mastopexy in a 33 year old woman with tubular breasts. She wanted a more feminine and full breast size and shape, with better cleavage and to get rid of the padding in her bras!

Like many women with tubular breasts, she had a small breast volume, a wide space between them, and apparently droop of oversized areolas due to a high breast fold.

Her augmentation included lowering of her inframammary folds, creation of a more round breast shape with closer cleavage using smooth round silicone gel breast implants, and a lift of her nipples and areolas. Her areola diameter was decreased and the nipple was centralized on her breast.

Liposuction of the axillary rolls completed the procedure, emptying out stubborn fat from her back fat/bra roll regions. Early follow up photos are shown just 5 weeks after surgery. She feels natural and proportional.

She is ready to start scar therapy and she has returned to full exercise. Her pink incisions will begin to fade as the immature scar tissue is gradually replaced by more mature collagen. She loves her breasts now!
