Before and after breast revision surgery in a 46 year old woman with prior breast augmentation complicated by capsular contracture and breast asymmetry. She wished for her breasts to be downsized slightly smaller and to have a more natural look.
A capsulectomy was performed to remove excess scar tissue from around her implants, and smaller, smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position. Note the much more natural cleavage and shape to the breasts, particularly with her hands raised above her head.
Follow up photos are shown at one week after surgery. She feels more proportional to her frame, looks very natural, and she feels very comfortable in her skin.
