Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 43 year old woman.  She previously had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies for breast cancer and did not require chemotherapy or radiation.

Her implants had contracted and she felt they were too large for her petite frame.  She had mild rippling from less cohesive silicone implants and thin skin with little fat in the subcutaneous layer.

Her breast revision included capsulectomy and implant exchange to a more highly cohesive implant with a higher degree of projection (less wide base) and a smaller implant volume.  The implants were kept on top of the muscle, in the prepectoral position.

Follow up photos are shown one month after surgery.  She feels more proportional and natural, and is able to move forward without being reminded that she is a breast cancer survivor.
