Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 33 year old mother of three. She had always had full breasts, but pregnancy had taken a toll on them. Her breasts were now overly large and hanging, creating back discomfort and a matronly look. She was ready for a Mommy Makeover, part of which included lifting and reducing her breasts.
A breast reduction removed heavy tissue from the bottom of her breasts, which also underwent a major lift and reshaping. Liposuction of the axillary rolls and back fat/bra roll area further improved the appearance of her breasts and upper chest area.
Early follow up photos are shown just 5 weeks after surgery. Her incisions are healing well and she has just been educated about scar therapy. Mild firm swelling at the sides of her breasts (edema) will continue to resolve over the next month or two. Her nerves are starting to wake up, and she is so happy she finally did something for herself!
