Before and after mastopexy in a 41 year old Mom.  Her breasts had lost their “oomph” and volume after having children.  Her goal was to not need to wear a bra and for her breasts to stay the same size but be lifted.  She also had an inverted nipple that she wanted to have corrected to match the other side.

A breast lift three dimensionally rearranged her breast tissue to sit “high and tight” up higher on her chest.  After a mastopexy, the breast sits above the inframammary fold (fold under the breast) versus it hanging below the fold before surgery.

Her inverted nipple was corrected at the same procedure.  Early follow up photos are shown at one month after surgery.  She is about to start exercise and swimming.  Her incisions are now considered immature scars.  Scar therapy will begin shortly and continue for 6-9 months until her scars are softer, flatter, less raised, without any itch and with resolved redness.  To learn more about scar therapy, visit this section of our website.
