Before and after bilateral breast lift and reduction in a 51 year old woman. Her breasts were asymmetry, heavy and bothersome. She had always wanted to be small breasted and dreamed of not needing to wear a bra.
A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue and alleviated strain on her shoulders and upper back. Her breast tissue was rearranged three dimensionally and lifted, creating a smaller and perkier breast that remained proportional to her body.
Long term follow up photos are shown two years after surgery. Her scars are mature and she has maintained a normal and natural breast shape. And she never wears a bra!
