Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and right mastopexy with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 36-year-old woman. After breastfeeding her children, she found that her breasts were completely deflated and devoid of shape and volume.
A breast augmentation helped to restore lost volume. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her right nipple and areola were lifted to better match the left side through creation of a lollipop scar around the right areola and with a vertical scar below the areola to remove extra baggy skin from the right breast.
Liposuction removed whatever fat she had in her armpits and bra rolls. Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. She has achieved her goals of a natural looking result with improved symmetry.
