48-year-old woman with left breast cancer who chose to have bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate bilateral single-stage breast implant reconstructions. A mastopexy was performed at the time of port removal to provide better symmetry to her nipple position. Postoperative images at 3 months after surgery are shown with maturing incisions.
