Before and after left delayed breast reconstruction and right breast lift in a 46 year old woman.  She had previously been treated for breast cancer with a non-skin sparing mastectomy, chemotherapy and left chest wall radiation.

She was never offered reconstruction.  Her goal was to be reconstructed slightly smaller than her right breast size and definitely to be lifted!  Her left breast was reconstructed using a DIEP flap and her right breast was reduced and lifted in the same operation.

Her left nipple and areola was reconstructed as an outpatient procedure six months later by nipple sparing (free nipple graft from the left side) and medical tattoo.  Follow up photos are shown at two years after surgery.
