Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 33-year-old woman with relatively small breasts but oversized nipples. She felt self-conscious about their size and always felt the need to “hide them” with heavily padded bras. She wasn’t looking for a larger breast overall or an augmentation - instead, she wanted her nipples to be reduced in size, less droopy and width to better match and be more proportional to her breasts.
A bilateral nipple reduction was performed under local anesthesia, as a straightforward in-office procedure. After surgery, she worked from home for several days and resumed exercise in two weeks. She was relieved to learn that her nipples would most likely still function normally for erogenous sensation and future breastfeeding.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery.
