Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 62-year-old woman. She had always felt self-conscious about her inverted nipples. Now that she was retired, she had time to recover from surgery and was excited to finally have her nipples be more prominent!
Inverted nipple correction was performed in the office under local anesthesia, with an oral anti-anxiety medication and inhaled laughing gas. After surgery, she took two weeks off exercise and waited a full two months before planning a vacation in Hawaii.
Follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery, with good correction of her nipple inversion that has lasted in the long term.
