Before and after left inverted nipple correction in a 38-year-old woman. Only her left side was affected – she felt self-conscious wearing any top that showed her nipples, as only the right nipple became erect. Her goal was to have improved nipple symmetry and being able to not always wear a heavily padded bra.
Inverted nipple correction was performed in the office under local anesthesia. After surgery, she took two weeks off exercise and resumed swimming at 6 weeks postop. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
