Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 33 year old woman. Her nipples had always bothered her, as they were very large in proportion to her smaller breast size. She hadn’t had children yet and was relieved to learn that a nipple reduction surgery would not likely interfere with the ability to nurse her babies in the future.
Bilateral nipple reductions were performed in the office under local anesthesia. Postoperatively, she took two weeks off exercise and worked from home for two days. Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
