Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 39-year-old woman. She has always felt self-conscious about her nipples and when she decided she was not going to have children, took the plunge to finally address her nipples.
Her nipples, which were nearly completely buried but palpable underneath (Grade III) were corrected in an office surgery performed under local anesthesia. Following her procedure, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise. She wore protective foam “donuts” to shield her nipples from pressure during healing.
Long-term follow up photos are shown three years postoperatively. She is very pleased with her surgical results and so happy with her decision to have surgery!
