Before and after bilateral inverted nipple repair in a 37 year old woman. She had always been self-conscious of her nipples and wanted them to be “out”.

Both inverted nipples were corrected in the office under local anesthetic. The procedure took less than a half hour to perform.

Postoperatively, the patient wore protective soft foam “donuts” around her nipples to protect them and she returned to work a couple of days later. She took pain medicine for the first 24 hours and then took Tylenol as needed. She resumed full exercise at 10 days postop.

Follow up photos are shown one month after surgery. She has some swelling around the dissolving sutures but her nipples are out and she is so happy!
