Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 26-year-old woman. She felt self-conscious that her nipples never became completely erect, even in intimate settings. She wanted them to “come out” instead of always being flat and “look normal” to her.
Inverted nipple correction was performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia using laughing gas to blunt the discomfort of injection of the numbing medication. After surgery, she wore protective “donut” splints made from a soft medical foam constructed by our surgical team.
Follow up photos are shown 3 weeks after surgery. She loves her nipples now!
