Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 35 year old woman. She had not yet had children, but she felt as if her nipples “had fed a tribe!” She wanted her nipples to be smaller and less projecting so that they did not stick out as far in clothing.
A nipple reduction was performed in the office under local anesthesia. She worked from home over the next few days and resumed exercise in 10 days.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. She feels natural and takes comfort in the knowledge that she should still be able to breast feed, should she decide to have a family in the future.
