Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 30-year-old woman. Her nipples had always been large in proportion to her small breasts, but after breastfeeding, they become even more elongated. She felt the need to always wear padded bras to conceal them – even though she did not really need to wear a bra!
A nipple reduction was performed under local anesthesia. Her goal was for her nipples to be around fifty percent of the length but to still look normal and natural. After surgery, she showered the next day and resumed exercise in two weeks.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery.
