47-year-old woman with breast asymmetry and hypermastia. Her breast reduction created better symmetry, smaller and lifted breasts, and alleviated her physical complaints related to her large and heavy breasts. Liposuction of the axillary rolls further reshaped the armpit and sides of the breasts. Postoperative photographs at 4 months are shown with normal slightly darker scars that take up to a full year to mature and lighten.
