Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 35-year-old woman. Her breasts were “out of control” (her words), limiting her physical activities and the ability to button up her shirts without them gaping widely.
A breast reduction removed some breast tissue but left a proportional amount behind so that she would stay proportional to the rest of her body. The remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped to a round, perky form. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. her scars are starting to mature. She loves her new breasts, and shopping for new tops and swimsuits is easy and enjoyable now!
