Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 51-year-old woman. She was very physically active both at work and in her personal life, and her breasts did not reflect her active, sporty and healthy lifestyle! She was looking for a significant reduction in the size of her breasts and a much more perky, athletic shape and look overall.
A breast reduction removed two thirds of a pound of excess breast tissue per side. Her breasts were lifted and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed nearly a liter of excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls. After surgery, she took several two months off work and aggressive exercise.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery, with her final results, scars that are fading and a happy and comfortable patient!
