Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 42-year-old woman. After having children, she felt her breasts dramatically increased in their size, weight and droop. She was looking for a major lift and moderate reduction to enable her to exercise without pain - and only one sports bra!
A half pound of breast tissue was removed from each breast, with slightly more removed from her right larger breast. A major rearrangement and lift using the auto-augmentation technique reshaped her breasts and lifted them higher up on her chest wall. Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is still healing and her incisions are pink, as expected, with increased blood flow to the surgical sites. Over the next year, her incisions will fade and her nerves will continue to recover.
