Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 21-year-old woman. She was obese, partly due to the large size, heavy weight and pendulous nature of her breasts. She had to wear several sports bras even to sleep. Her goal was to have very small breasts and to be able to move her body in a healthy way.
A breast reduction removed over three pounds of breast tissue from each side! Her remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed over two liters of excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
After surgery, she was finally able to exercise more easily and ended up losing a significant amount of weight. Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery, with almost completely mature scars and a much more manageable breast size.
