Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 38-year-old woman.
She had neck pain, upper back pain and shoulder grooves from the weight of her breasts and needing to wear a bra most of the time. A breast reduction removed over a pound and a half of excess breast tissue from each breast, lifting and reshaping her remaining breast tissue to a lifted, rounded and shapely form.
Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls. Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars have faded, she has a proportional breast size for her body, and she has regained full nipple sensation.
