Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 42-year-old woman with macromastia and congenital breast asymmetry. She wanted her breasts to be smaller, lifted and more symmetric.
A breast reduction removed nearly two pounds of excess tissue from each breast, with more weight removed from her left larger breast than her right to even out their size. The auto-augmentation technique was used to lift and reshape her remaining breast tissue.
Liposuction removed over a liter of excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls. She elected to also have liposuction of the abdomen and flanks at the same time. A total of four liters was removed in total!
Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery. Her scars are fading nicely, and she feels very comfortable in her body, skipping wearing a bra often!
