Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 31-year-old woman. She wanted a significant reduction in the size of her breasts to alleviate strain on her neck, shoulders and upper back.
Over two pounds of excess tissue was removed from each breast. The remainder of her breast was lifted and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. She declined our offer to add liposuction to the axillary rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with mature scars and her final results.
