Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 55-year-old woman with significant armpit fat and breast tissue in the axillary tail region.
A breast reduction removed approximately a pound of excess breast tissue from each breast. The auto-augmentation technique of breast lift/local tissue rearrangement was used to lift and reshape her remaining breast tissue. Liposuction permanently removed fat and breast tissue from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery, with maturing scars and a proportional, aesthetically pleasing result.
