Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 49-year-old woman. Her breasts were pendulous, heavy and out of proportion to her body. She wanted a rounder and lifted breast that fitted her frame.
Over a pound and a half of excess breast tissue was removed from each side. The auto-augmentation technique was used to reshape and lift her breasts to sit higher up on her chest. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her scars are starting to fade, and her nerves are actively waking up. She actually enjoys running and other aerobic activities that involve bouncing for once!
