Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 32-year-old woman.
Over a pound of excess breast tissue was removed from each breast, and her breasts were reshaped and lifted using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her scars are exiting the immature collagen phase, and starting to turn into mature collagen, which is flatter, less red and less raised.
