Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 44-year-old woman. Her breasts had grown significantly and drooped after breastfeeding her children. She wanted a major decrease in size and a perkier breast shape.
A breast reduction removed two pounds of excess breast tissue from each breast. Over a liter of fat was removed from her armpits and bra rolls via liposuction. After surgery, she took a month off work and gradually resumed activities at six weeks.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She is actively applying scar gel and has even taken up running!
