Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman. The large size and heaviness of her breasts prevented her from exercising and shopping for clothes without immense frustration.
A breast reduction removed nearly three pounds of excess breast tissue from each side. Her remaining breast was reshaped and lifted using the auto-augmentation technique.
Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls. After surgery, she took a full month off work and actually signed up for her first group fitness class at 6 weeks postop!
Follow up photos are shown 14 months after surgery. She feels proportional, she rarely wears a bra, and she loves her breasts!
