Before and after bilateral breast reduction/lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 44-year-old woman. She wanted to have better symmetry to the breasts and a lift as part of her Mommy Makeover, together with liposuction in other parts of her body.
She had significant congenital breast asymmetry that was obvious even in clothes and that caused her bras to always pull toward the larger right side. Her breasts also had a tubular shape, creating droop of her breasts, a wide space between them and a tubular conical shape.
Her left breast was reshaped using the auto-augmentation mastopexy technique. Only skin was removed, and her breast tissue was rearranged into a more round and perky form. A right balancing breast reduction evened out their size and also involved a major lift and reshaping using the same mastopexy technique. Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. Her scars are maturing and fading, and she has greatly improved symmetry and a very nice shape to her breasts.
