Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 59-year-old woman. She had breast asymmetry that became worse after menopause and weight gain. She felt the need to wear a bra at all times – even to bed!
A breast reduction removed two pounds from her larger breast, and a pound and a half from the smaller side. Liposuction removed a liter of fat from her bra rolls and armpits. Follow up photos are shown over a year after surgery.
