Before and after breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 49 year old woman. She was finished having children and wanted a “refresh” of her body as she headed into her 50’s. Her Mommy Makeover included a labiaplasty and liposuction elsewhere.
A breast reduction removed much of her bottom heavy breast tissue but kept a proportional amount of breast tissue left and reshaped the rest of her breast, relocating it higher up on her chest via the “auto-augmentation” technique. Her areola diameter was reduced to be more proportional to her new breast size. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra roll, the “axillary roll” area.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. She is actively doing scar therapy and will next see us at her one year follow up.
